Although my blog posts were schedule for last week, Neal and I actually just got back from the most amazing vacation in the Caribbean! Last Friday we flew down to San Juan, Puerto Rico and then went on a Royal Caribbean cruise on Saturday. It was a much needed vacation that I can’t wait to tell you all about!
Staying healthy on a cruise is incredibly challenging, but I am proud to say that I did not miss one workout! I continued my 365 Day Fit Challenge and made the most of the fitness opportunities on our cruise ship, the Jewel of the Seas. Exercising on a cruise is actually a lot of fun!
I invite you guys to join me on the 365 Days of Fit journey and to workout every day for a year! Start whenever you’d like and just make it your goal to do some form of physical activity every day for the next 365 days! If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, use the #365DayFitChallenge hashtag to document your workouts and to get encouragement from the virtual world around you!
