365 Day Fit Challenge: Week 6

I had an incredible week of fitness this week!  I worked really hard during my workouts, lifted heavy, and did something different every day.  It was just a really great week!

I invite you guys to join me on the 365 Days of Fit journey and to workout every day for a year! Start whenever you’d like and just make it your goal to do some form of physical activity every day for the next 365 days! Sunday, December 29 (Day 36) – Turbo Fire HIIT 25

Monday, December 30 (Day 37) – 1 hour of weightlifting

Tuesday, December 31 (Day 38) – 3 mile walk with Theodore

Wednesday, January 1 (Day 39) – 2 hour Yin and Yang yoga class

Thursday, January 2 (Day 40) – 30 minutes on the Octane

Friday, January 3 (Day 41) – 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weightlifting
