365 Day Fit Challenge: Week 7

This was probably the most difficult week for me so far in my 365 Day Fit Challenge.  What I learned this week is that if I have plans after work, I have to get my workouts in first thing in the morning.  Holding off on working out until my lunch break or until I get home wasn’t the best idea this week.  Some work days were too busy to get away for lunch and some nights I didn’t get home until 8PM.

Either way, I got all of my workouts in, they just weren’t as enjoyable as they could have been.  I learned this week that when I fail to plan, working out becomes not enjoyable and a hassle, which is the exact opposite of what I want.  Still, the fact that it took me 42 days to have a week like this isn’t all that bad.

I invite you guys to join me on the 365 Days of Fit journey and to workout every day for a year! Start whenever you’d like and just make it your goal to do some form of physical activity every day for the next 365 days! If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, use #365DayFitChallenge to document your workouts and to get encouragement from the virtual world around you!
